DIY Simple Ear Cuffs
cute, quick, and easy ~ no piercing required
All you need is jewelry wire and round nosed pliers.
First, measure about 5 inches of wire and cut it.
Then turn in one side of the wire to make an oval shape. This protects you from the sharp wire edge.
At about 1 inch, bend the wire to make a curved 'U' shape.
Repeat this for the next two inches so that you have a 'W' shape. Turn in the other side to make a second oval shape.
To get a nice round finish, wrap the wire around a Sharpie marker or anything else round.
Finally, use the pliers to pinch in the opposite sides that wrap around your ear so that it has a snug fit. You can also do this with your fingers by putting it on your ear and squeezing.
Et voila!
For a different style cuff, use the exact same process, but pinch the two 'U' shapes together that form the 'W'.
